Scott Morrell is the Founder and President of Rebar Leadership (formally Stone Arch Organization Development) based in Minneapolis, MN. Scott works with senior leaders, chief executives, boards and management teams to execute more effective organizations, leading to better performance. Scott holds an Ed.D. in Organization Development, a M.A. in Counseling Psychology both from the University of St. Thomas and a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Concordia University, St. Paul.
Prior to launching a consulting practice, Scott held executive roles in higher education and healthcare. His roles included VP of Admissions & Marketing and Dean of Enrollment Management at Concordia University, St. Paul, MN. Scott was also Dean of Enrollment Management at Messiah College, Mechanicsburg, PA. He also had executive corporate training experience with United Healthcare.
Scott is also an MBA adjunct instructor at Bethel University, Roseville, MN, Concordia University, St. Paul, MN, and University of Northwestern, St. Paul, MN. He has an extensive curriculum and online course development background. Courses taught include: Applied Business Ethics, Leadership Formation, Organizational Diagnostics, Managerial Research and Education Research.

Jennifer Morrell, Operations Manager, manages the day-to-day operations to ensure the concrete holds together. Her keen organization skills and attention to detail help to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently within the organization. She holds a B.A. from Concordia University, St. Paul in Elementary and Early Childhood Education. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering, traveling, reading, exercising and doing house projects.
Scott and Jennifer are blessed to be married for 25+ years and have five children. The Morrell's are engaged in the community volunteering time, talent and resources with a variety of humanitarian causes: Meals on Wheels, Habitat for Humanity, Ronald McDonald House, Love A Child, Compassion International, PrairieCare Child & Family Fund and Feed My Starving Children.
